MY STORY

After completing an MSc in Physiotherapy at the Unviersity of Essex, I started my career working as a Physiotherapist in private practice before moving into a full-time role at Watford Football Club. During 2018-2020, I worked as Watford FC's Senior Academy Physiotherapist, predominantly supporting the U23 and U18 squads. From May 2020 - January 2025 I worked as a Senior First Team Physiotherapist for Watford FC and was part of the medical team that contributed to the club's success of gaining automatic promotion from the Championship to the Premier League in the 2020/2021 season. Since February 2025 I have been working as a Consultant Physiotherapist for West Ham Football Club whilst taking more time to invest in growing Pathway 2 Performance and launching a new physiotherapy business Prestige Motion which will be based at Champney's Luxury Health Spa Resorts.

Prior to studying for my Masters in Physiotherapy, I completed a BSc in Sports Science at London Metropolitan University. Therefore, I am also able to provide clients with advice on topics including, but not limited to, strength & conditioning, load management, injury prevention strategies and nutrition.

Alongside my role within professional football, it is a privilege to be in the position to run my own clinic and provide expert advice to clients in Cambridgeshire and further afield. I am always looking to increase my knowledge and skills to improve client care and therefore I am thrilled to be undertaking a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University, London. The course is internationally renowned and has a prestigious history so will provide me with a greater depth and breadth of knowledge to ensure my practice is continually evolving and you receive first-class care.

In addition to this I have also achieved the Level 7 Post Graduate AACP Acupuncture Foundation Course to practice as an Acupuncture Physiotherapist. 

​

Outside of work I enjoy playing golf and spending quality time with my wife Abby and daughters Daisy, Halle, Hattie and Honey.
