Service Description

Follow-up appointments provides an opportunity to discuss how you have been coping since your previous consultation. During the appointment you will receive a condensed physical assessment to review how your physical rehabilitation is progressing. This will be followed up by treatment to support your recovery. Recommended treatment options vary depending on your diagnosis. Pathway 2 Performance can offer manual therapy, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy, ultrasound, advice & education as well as training and exercise programmes. Recommended treatment options will be discussed in full with you prior to the treatment being completed, to ensure you are fully informed and happy to proceed.
